"Plan 9 From Outer Space" Screening at the Pioneer Cemetery

Join us for a Spooktacular night under the stars watching cult classic Plan 9 From Outer Space, at San Fernando Pioneer Memorial Cemetery!

An old man (Bela Lugosi) grieves the loss of his wife (Vampira) and on the next day he also dies. However, the space soldier Eros and her mate Tanna use an electric device to resurrect them both and the strong Inspector Clay (Tor Johnson) that was murdered by the couple. Their intention is not to conquer Earth but to stop mankind from developing the powerful bomb "Solobonite" that would threaten the universe. When the population of Hollywood and Washington DC sees flying saucers in the sky, a colonel, a police lieutenant, a commercial pilot, his wife and a policeman try to stop the aliens.

You don’t want to miss this once in a lifetime opportunity to see this extremely Valley centric film under the stars at the Pioneer Cemetery the San Fernando Valleys 2nd oldest cemetery and an actual filming location for what has been called the best worst movie ever made.

We will be joined by Craig Owens of Bizarre Los Angeles and author of Haunted by History Vol. 1 who will introduce the film.

-Wayne Poe: A Southern California independent filmmaker and paranormal investigator specializing in paranormal documentaries. NIGHT STALKERS is his first film, which introduced Wayne to the paranormal field in Southern California as it existed in 2010.
