Experience an evening of San Fernando Valley history with local historians Joanna Rosales and Stefanie Garcia, members of the San Fernando Valley Historical Society Board of Directors and co-chairs of the Pioneer Memorial Cemetery. This special event offers a rare look into two of the Valley’s most significant historic sites: the Andrés Pico Adobe and the Pioneer Memorial Cemetery.
Attendees will hear little-known stories, surprising facts, and behind-the-scenes insights about the Adobe, the Cemetery, and the people who shaped the region. Stefanie, founder of SFV Rocks, brings her expertise as a tour guide who leads visitors through the Valley’s historic landmarks. Joanna, a collector and dealer of vintage ephemera, shares her passion for preserving the Valley’s past through her work and her Instagram, Jo’s Vintage Finds.
